When do flower bulbs come up?
Spring flowering bulbs flower in the spring, but when differs per type of flower.
- February to March: crocus
- March to April: daffodil and star hyacinth
- April: hyacinth and blue grape
- April to May: fritillaria and tulip
- May to July: allium
Summer bloomers emerge in the summer in June-July. When you have planted the bulbs / tubers also plays a role in when the first green plants emerge. The first flowers bloom from July onwards. Even until November, the dahlia gives flowers.
