Are your flower bulbs organic?

We currently have some organic varieties in the range. You can find these in the webshop. These are not so many yet, because not all varieties in our mixtures are organically grown. The use of plant protection products is necessary to protect crops against diseases and pests and ensures a high-quality and healthy end product. Dutch flower bulbs are at the top of the world, not only in terms of volume and diversity, but also in terms of quality and sustainability. In the Netherlands plant protection products are only allowed if they are safe for 'humans, animals and the environment'. Growers continuously strive to reduce the use of plant protection products and prevent adverse environmental effects.

Our grower is sustainable "PlanetProof" certified. In addition, the mixtures contain many bee and butterfly-friendly flower bulbs. Which in turn contributes to the improvement of biodiversity.
